The Coach & insights

Your data has things to tell you.

Numbers are honest but quiet. The Coach gives them a voice: pull down from any screen to ask a question, or tap an insight card that already knows what you were about to ask.

✨ Insights · Tap to ask your coach

• You've logged 4 workouts in the past week.
• Protein has cleared your goal five days straight.

Observations from your own logs, not medical advice.

Ask anything about your data…

Your own numbers, speaking plainly. With the boundary printed right on the card.

What can the Coach actually do?

Direct answer: the Coach is a chat you can reach by pulling down from anywhere in the app, fed by your own logs. Throughout FinallyMe, insight cards turn your real data into neutral observations ("workouts are up," "protein cleared goal five days straight"), and tapping one hands you to the Coach with the relevant question already asked. It reflects your data back to you in plain language. It never plays doctor.

Insights everywhere, decisions nowhere

  • Insight cards across the app. Activity, nutrition, medication week, hydration. Wherever there's a pattern in your logs, a card names it in one sentence and offers the conversation.
  • A charts hub you design. Three tabs of glanceable visualizations: activity rings, medication week, nutrition arcs, hydration gauge, symptom radar, weight and body fat, macro balance, sleep, steps. Every one reorderable and hideable, per page.
  • Every chart goes deeper. Tap through to a dedicated detail page with insights, a legend, a real-data trend line, and a recent-activity log underneath.
  • Hard boundaries, on purpose. The Coach discusses your data, your streaks, your patterns. It does not recommend doses, diagnose symptoms, or replace your provider. And every insight card says so, in print, right on the card.

It's the difference between owning data and hearing it. The medication runs on your provider's judgment; the Coach runs on your receipts.

The fine print that matters: this page is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs with real risks. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication, your dose, and any symptoms. And never change your dosing based on something you read online, including here.
