The problem we refused to accept
GLP-1 medications changed everything about how millions of people experience food, weight, and their own bodies. And the app world answered with… calorie counters. Tools built for a completely different fight: apps that assume your problem is appetite, that treat a 3 lb water swing as news, that have no idea what an escalation week or an injection rotation even is.
Meanwhile, the actual questions pile up at 11pm. Is this nausea normal? Which side did I inject last week? Why am I starving two days before my shot? Is it even working? The medication is doing its job. Nobody built the tool for yours.
So we built it
FinallyMe is the companion app the GLP-1 journey deserved from day one: a real pharmacokinetic dose curve, an injection body map that calls your next site, a 31,000-food catalog built protein-first, a side-effect radar your provider can act on, weight trends that end scale panic, workouts with a muscle-recovery map, and your whole day on one timeline. A Coach turns it all into plain observations. One screen. Ten seconds a day. The guessing, over. And because no two people want the same app, FinallyMe ships two complete visual experiences: Friendly (calm, modeled on Apple Health) and Professional (bold, modeled on Apple Fitness). Switch anytime.
Our privacy promise is the foundation, not a feature
This journey is personal. Plenty of people on these medications haven't told their coworkers, their families, sometimes their partners. So we made the architecture match the reality: your health data lives on your device by default, in an encrypted database (256-bit encryption at rest). Cloud sync and online AI are strictly opt-in. Nothing is sold, nothing feeds an ad network, and you can export or delete everything, any time. Even our optional analytics are built blind: health values (weights, doses, food names, symptoms) are never sent. Period. And AI keys live on our servers, never baked into the app. We'd rather hold less of your data than monetize more of it.
Independent, on purpose
The Good Habits Company LLC is a small, self-funded studio. No pharma sponsorships, no supplement upsells, no affiliate pushes toward telehealth prescribers. We make one thing, the best GLP-1 companion app in the world, and we answer to the people who use it. Founding members fund the roadmap and vote on it in r/FinallyMe.
